Jim Jim Falls expected to open 11th June, and Twin Falls estimated to open 22nd.
Good new that Gunlom road and campground OPENS today 18th May 2016 with 4WD recommendand a speed limit of 40 kph. Also Jarrangbarnmi (Koolpin Gorge) – a 4WD is required for this remote by permit access only site. Allow seven days to get a booking, because numbers are restricted.

Maguk OPENED on Sunday 8th May 2016. .
The 2.5 kilometre circular Anbangbang Billabong walk is currently CLOSED due to high water levels
but the carpark area is still accessible.
New from Litchfield:
The Lost City four wheel drive track is now OPEN (24th May 2016). Wet season closures remain in place with the Reynolds River Track, Blyth Homestead, Sandy Creek Falls andSurprise Creek Falls still CLOSED.
Douglas Hot Springs (Tjuwaliyn)
The track to Butterfly Gorge is now OPEN. Camping at the Douglas Hot Springs campground is very pleasant. Please do not take traliers to Butterfly Gorge; the parking area is too small.

The Tanami Road is now OPEN with caution between Yuendumu and the Western Australian border due to flood damage.
Luritja Road RE-OPENED between Kathleen Springs turnoff and Wilderness Lodge turnoff.
Finke Road OPEN WITH CAUTION between Stuart Highway intersection and Andado Station
Maryvale Road OPEN WITH CAUTION between Santa Teresa Road intersection and Maryvale Station
Kintore Road between Papunya and Kintore OPEN.
Finke Gorge National Park OPENED - high clearance only and caution. A better alternative route around some difficult water crossings near Boggy Hole has been signposted. Please follow these signs.
Palm Valley Access Road OPENED - high clearance only and caution. Following repairs to walkways, the Palm Valley walks are now OPEN.

Mitchell Plateau: Kalumburu Road/ Port Warrender Road Junction to Surveyors Pool and Mitchell Falls is OPEN for high clearance 4WD
Fairfield Leopold Road is now OPEN with caution and being graded. Windjana Gorge and Tunnel Creek are now OPEN. Silent Grove campsite, Bell Gorge and Lennard Gorge are also OPEN.
Geikie Gorge Boat Tour, closed 10th May 2016 due water levels and flood debris, has recommenced 12th May 2016.
Access to Purnululu National Park is been RE-OPENED. Exercise caution.

clear: Marble Bar Road between Roy Hill Station and Nullagine has vehicle restrictions due to wet weather conditions. CLOSED to trucks and light vehicles. Open with CAUTION to 4WD only.
All clear: North West Coastal Highway Roebourne to Port Hedland due to possible water in floodways.
Caution has been removed for the South Coast Highway hazard between Jerdacuttup Road and Mills Road, Jerdacuttup where there was water over road in various locations.
