2009 – watch for new and updated travelogues on the following areas
Touring six states and territories, our 2009 travels took us from the South West of Western Australia to Marble Bar then via the Gary
Junction Road to Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. From here we toured north to Darwin including touring Kakadu
and Litchfield National Parks. In Queensland, special attractions visited included Lawn Hill Gorge, fascinating fossil country
around Boulia and Winton, and Carnarvon Gorge. When in New South Wales we toured the Granite Country around Bald Rock, the beautiful
New England Plateau including waterfalls and gorges of the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park, the heights of Barrington Tops and so
much more. Our lap was completed travelling through a small part of Victoria, through South Australia and back to Western Australia via
the Nullarbor.
